Driving license requirements

We offer two products, Vespa Primavera 50cc Limited Speed and Vespa Sprint 50cc Limited Speed that can be ridden without the motorcycle license (you only need a valid car license) in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
For all the other Vespa models you need a valid motorcycle license.

If you buy a Vespa 50cc Limited Speed and you live in Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, and Wisconsin, you can ride it home with your car license, for all the other states and models you need to have a motorcycle license to ride it home

No, you can ride it, but you need to be compliant with the specific state laws. Our Vespa are compliant with all US states laws.
